"Get it through one’s head"

 

 

 

   "~를 이해시키다" 라는 뜻입니다.  

 

 

  

 

 

캠브리지 사전의 뜻은 다음과 같습니다.

 

 

To make someone understand something, especially when you have told them many times before and are annoyed.

 

 

example :

He can’t seem to get it through his head that I’m not interested in working with him.

걔는 내가 걔랑 같이 일하는 거에 관심이 없다는 걸 이해를 못하는 거 같아.

 

 

I don’t know how else to get it through your head that I want to quit this job.

내가 퇴사하고 싶다는 걸 너한테 어떤 다른 방법으로 이해시켜야할 지 모르겠어.
