John: I wish I could drive you there, but I can't take the day off on Thursday. May: Oh, I know. Don't be sorry. I asked Tom and he said he would give me a ride to the station. He needs to drop by his school so it won't be too much hassle for him. John: Tom's going to give you a ride? May: Yes. John: You'd better leave the house at least an hour earlier then. He drove me home when we hung out last week, and he was so slow. May: Really? You mean, he's a Sunday driver? John: That's right. He got his license only two months ago.

John: 탐이 데려다 준다고? May: 응 John: 최소한 1시간 정도는 일찍 출발하는 게 좋겠어. 지난 주에 탐이 나를 집까지 태워다 주었는데, 정말 운전을 천천히 하더라고. May: 정말? 초보 운전자란 말이야? John: 응. 운전 면허를 2달 전에야 땄다니까.
