- 「6/19」東京都 出生数が１０年ぶりプラスに 結婚支援事業に注力

- 気温が上昇して蚊の活動が活発になるのを前に、東京都は、蚊の発生源となる水たまりを作らないなど対策をとるよう呼びかけています。 東京都は、２０１４年にデング熱の感染が確認されたことを踏まえ、蚊が媒介する感染症の流行を防ごうと、６月を「蚊の発生防止強化月間」と定め対策を強化しています。 ことしも、気温が上昇して蚊の活動が活発になるのを前に、都内の公園などおよそ６０か所で継続的に蚊の生息調査を行っています。 調査では、蚊が反応する二酸化炭素を出すドライアイスで蚊を呼び寄せて採取器で捕獲し、生息数や感染症のウイルスを持っていないかなどを調べています。 ４月からの調査の結果、感染症のウイルスなどは確認されていないということです。 一方、蚊は水たまりを好んで産卵し、水たまりの中で幼虫であるボウフラが成長することから、都は、蚊の発生を防ぐためには自宅などの周辺に水たまりを作らないよう対策を呼びかけています。 具体的には、雨水がたまりやすいタイヤや空き缶・瓶などを野外に放置しないこと、鉢植えの底に水たまりをつくらないこと、また、バケツなどに水をためる場合は週に１回程度、水の交換や清掃をすることが蚊の発生を防ぐことにつながるとしています。 東京都健康安全研究センターの中尾高志さんは「亜熱帯の地域では、デング熱などの感染症が少し増加している傾向にあり、渡航者が増える中、海外から持ち込まれるリスクも高くなっている。身近なところから蚊を増やさない対策をしてほしい」と話しています。

- 特産の狭山茶の新たな魅力をアピールしようと、埼玉県入間市は、香川県の製麺会社などとともに狭山茶を練り込んだうどんを開発しました。 埼玉県特産の狭山茶の最大産地、入間市は、狭山茶の新たな魅力をアピールするため、香川県の製麺会社のほか伊奈町にキャンパスがある日本薬科大学とともに、麺に特産の狭山茶の粉末を練り込んだ「狭山茶うどん」を新たに開発しました。 先月２７日、入間市役所で開かれた会見で、杉島理一郎市長が冷たいうどんを試食し、「狭山茶の香りがしっかりしておいしいです。このうどんをきっかけに多くの人に狭山茶を知ってもらいたい」とＰＲしていました。 入間市は、今後、「狭山茶うどん」を市のイベントで配ったり、ふるさと納税の返礼品にしたりすることにしています。 開発に関わった製麺会社「石丸製麺」の営業推進本部の松本一志部長は、「行政と連携して開発したのは今回が初めてで、うどんというカテゴリーでお茶そのもののおいしさを体験してほしい」と話していました。
